For eligible employees, Fielding Graduate University guarantees a contribution of 5% of eligible earnings after the completion of your first year and 10% beginning the third year. Employees are not required to contribute their own pay in order to receive Fielding's contribution! In addition, eligible employees are able to defer their own earnings into an individual 403(b) Group Supplemental Retirement Annuity retirement plan upon hire.
Administrative employees enjoy a 37.5 hour work week and receive 20 days vacation per year, 14 paid holidays per year and 12 paid sick days per year. Faculty receive two months of paid leave time per year and are eligible for sabbatical. Fielding also offers maternity/paternity leave, paid jury/witness leave and bereavement leave.

Funded through a dependent care flexible spending account, Fielding contributes up to $170/month per child through age ten to help offset the costs of providing childcare for your family.
