The Professional and Organizational Development online courses have the following requirements:
  • You must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in the United States, or its equivalent*,
    to receive academic credit for these courses. Verification of degree
    conferral or a valid international equivalency evaluation must be
    received before the end of the course for academic credit to be awarded.
Cost Structure:
  • Tuition for academic credit 12-week courses is $2,880 per course.
  • Tuition for academic credit 8-week courses is $1,920 per course.
  • Tuition for CEU courses is individually priced per offering and cost information will be on registration form.
  • 20% discount on all courses for Fielding degree program alumni.

CE-763 Hosting World Cafés: The Fundamentals,
Providing a fundamental understanding of The World Café theory and method, this course applies the World Café design principles to bring forth the creative power of conversation and engage questions that matter. Participants will develop the capacity to use the World Café in their own lives and work, and gain a basic understanding of World Café hosting practices. There will be two required telephone-based synchronous sessions. Optional synchronous clinics for questions and more relational contact between participants will be scheduled weekly, at times to be decided.

OMD-685 World Café Signature Learning Program Level Two,
This course provides a fundamental understanding of The World Café theory and method; applying World Café design principles to bring forth the creative power of conversation and engage questions that matter. Participants will develop the capacity to use the World Café design principles in their own lives and work, and gain a basic understanding of hosting practices. The course will be offered online utilizing both asynchronous and synchronous modalities. It is an intensive course, requiring 3-4 hours of asynchronous work each week, plus two synchronous components delivered on the first and last Sundays of the course. We will be using FELIX as the technology for our asynchronous modules, and MaestroConference for our synchronous sessions. All necessary training and tech support will be made available. Instructors will be participants in the online dialogue and posting occasional “whitepapers” on key subjects to stimulate participants’ thought and interaction.
