 MA Collaborative Educational Leadership
The Master of Art’s degree in Collaborative Educational Leadership (MA-CEL) helps you transform your instructional practice and develop leadership techniques that create effective change in classroom, school districts or work settings. To advance your career and maximize your earnings potential, the program is designed by and for teachers and other educators around the framework of the California Standards for Teaching Profession, the National Board of Professional Teachers, and Teacher Leadership Standards. Leadership theory, common core methods, research, and best practices are shared through a unique blend of online coursework and face-to-face cohort engagement.

You meet regularly with faculty and other students in a location that is close to your home or work. You and other students learn from each other as you share and model effective strategies.

Become an Educational Leader
