Administrative Employment Opportunities
Our School of Educational Leadership and Change (ELC) seeks an Administrative Assistant to support our Associate Deans, Program Coordinator and various school programs. Areas of responsibility include conference and trade show planning, arrangements and registration; coordination of advertising, vendor contact, calendar maintenance, liaison between course facilitators and the Santa Barbara staff, document preparation and distribution, among others. The successful candidate will have a college degree and at least 3 years experience in an administrative role in an academic or business environment. Must be well organized, detail oriented, an excellent communicator and able to prioritize and work quickly, creatively and analytically to meet deadlines. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research and have a basic knowledge of database management software. Fielding is committed to social justice and diversity,
