Continuing Coach Education

Creative, Resourceful, and Whole: we are all that, yet sometimes it takes another human being to remind us and help us recover our own natural creativity. As coaches, we have our own resourcefulness that can deeply help our clients tap into their energy to create – rather than perhaps control, or protect – and to achieve a new level of confidence. In this interactive session, Andy Nelson will talk about creativity – what blocks us from it, and how we can unlock it – and will guide us through some highlights of his SAIL coaching model, leveraging Solitude, Adaptation, Ignition, and Learning, for new awarenesses and techniques we can use to help our clients find confidence with what’s already inside them, waiting to be unleashed.

Objectives

  • Understand what keeps us from being Creative.
  • Uncover practical ways that our clients can practice their own Creativity (double-clicking on one part of being Creative, Resourceful, and Whole.)
  • Foster a deeper appreciation of the roles played by Solitude, Adaptation, Ignition, and Learning (the SAIL model) – in building Confidence.
