Dr. Okokon Udo Appointed Program Director for EBC Certificate and ODL Master’s

Okokon Udo, Ph.D., has been appointed Program Director for Evidence Based Coaching (EBC) Certificate and Master’s in Organization Development Leadership (ODL). In addition to managing the EBC Certificate Program, his responsibilities will now include managing our ODL Master’s Program and developing new opportunities to leverage both programs to advance Fielding’s educational programming in this area.

My extensive background in organizational development and coaching will allow me to enhance the curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and responsive to the evolving needs of our students and the organizations they will serve. I am particularly excited about the potential for interdisciplinary collaboration, which I believe will enrich our programs and provide students with a well-rounded perspective. Additionally, I plan to leverage my network within the industry to create impactful partnerships that can provide students with real-world experiences and opportunities.

Dr. Udo takes over the Program Director of Master’s Organization Development and Leadership role upon the retirement of Keith Ray, Ph.D. We thank Dr. Ray for serving in this role for three years and helping Fielding grow this robust program in challenging pandemic and post-pandemic times.

Okokon Udo, Ph.D., is an academic leader, educator, business executive, certified executive coach, coaching supervisor, process facilitator, reflective supervisor, ICF PCC Markers Assessor, mediator, instructional designer and master trainer with years of training and experience in organizational effectiveness, conflict facilitation, change management, intercultural effectiveness, leadership, strategic planning and team development. His previous appointment at Fielding was Evidence Based Coaching Program Director. Dr. Udo’s prior academic leadership appointments included Program Chair in Integrative Health and Wellness at Northwestern Health Sciences University. He is the Founder and CEO of SoulEngineering, LLC.

He has taught at St. Mary’s University, University of St. Thomas and the Co-Active Training Institute. Dr. Udo is committed to supporting leaders in discovering and rediscovering their true selves and bringing that to their work, delivering value for themselves and their organizations.
