
Christy Gliniak, Ph.D., OTR/L, CNT, CPXP
We are proud to announce that Dr. Christy Gliniak, doctoral faculty member in Fielding Graduate University’s Infant and Early Childhood Development (IECD) program, has received the 2025 “Excellence in Research Award” from the National Association of Neonatal Therapists (NANT). This prestigious honor recognizes her outstanding contributions to neonatal therapy research and affirms her leadership in advancing evidence-based practices in early neurodevelopmental care.
A practicing neonatal therapist and long-standing member of NANT, Dr. Gliniak was recognized during the organization’s annual conference, which brought together 656 attendees from across the country and worldwide. Her work continues to shape the future of care for medically fragile infants and the professionals who serve them. Dr. Gliniak also served as co-chair of the 2025 NANT Conference alongside Dr. Jenene Craig, Program Director of Fielding’s IECD program. Together, they played a pivotal role in shaping the vision and impact of this year’s event.
The Fielding community was well-represented at this year’s NANT Conference. The IECD program was proud to be among the exhibitors, showcasing Fielding’s commitment to research and clinical excellence. Program Director Dr. Jenene Craig and Associate Professor Dr. Carolyn Ibrahim also opened the conference with a featured presentation, further reinforcing the program’s leadership in infant and early childhood development.
