Fielding Welcomes Dr. Rosa Cho to the Human and Organizational Development Faculty

Rosa Cho, Ph.D. On July 10th, the Human and Organizational Development (HOD) Fielding community welcomed our newest faculty member, Dr. Rosa Cho. Rosa is a multi-faceted professional with experience in human rights and socioeconomic justice advocacy. She draws from a background of successful research and coalition work with diverse stakeholders, including grassroots groups, non-governmental organizations, researchers, and policy-thinkers. Dr. Cho earned her Ph.D. in Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and her Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Services for Immigrants and Refugees from Columbia University. From June 18-23, 2023, the Fielding community and its partners came together to commemorate African American and Black history and contributions during a week-long Juneteenth celebration. Fielding Students Win Prestigious RISE Awards at the 2023 Association for Psychological Science Conference

The annual American Psychological Science Convention took place in Washington, D.C., on May 25-28, 2023 at the Washington Hilton. Three Fielding students were recognized with the prestigious RISE Award. The RISE (Researching Injustice and Social Equality) Award seeks to cultivate psychological science research in fields related to socially and economically under-represented and international populations.
