Bio of Debra Hamilton

Debra Hamilton is the Chief Learning & Development Officer at Fulton Financial Corporation in Lancaster, PA, with 25 years of expertise in leadership development and talent management. Prior to joining Fulton, Debra was at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she founded and managed the CHOP Leadership Institute.  She also spent 15 years as a learning and leadership consultant designing training programs for a global clientele.  Debra has served as Board President for the Northern New Jersey chapter of The Association for Talent Development (ATD) and was a member of the Penn State Training & Development Advisory Board.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education and is earning a Comprehensive Evidenced-Based Coaching Certificate from Fielding Graduate University.
