Dr. Okokon Udo
Dr. Okokon Udo is a multifaceted professional with extensive expertise in academia, coaching, and consulting. He serves as the Program Director for the Evidence-Based Coaching (EBC) Certificate and the Master’s in Organization Development and Leadership (ODL) at Fielding Graduate University. Additionally, he is the Founder and CEO of SoulEngineering, LLC, a coaching and change management consulting firm established in 2002.
Dr. Udo has delivered leadership and coaching programs globally across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Renowned for his dedication to helping individuals and leaders discover their authentic selves, he emphasizes applying this self-awareness to create value for individuals, organizations, and society.
He has delivered over 200 keynote addresses and workshops at conferences worldwide and designed transformational leadership programs. Dr. Udo has consulted for Fortune 100-500 companies such as Microsoft, Cargill, Medtronic, Mayo Clinic, Procter & Gamble, and many others across diverse sectors. He is also an accomplished writer, storyteller, and blogger with published book chapters.
Dr. Udo holds a Ph.D. in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Luther Seminary, an M.A. in Process-Oriented Psychology from the Process Work Institute, a Bachelor of Divinity from the Theological College of Northern Nigeria, and a Diploma in Theology from Trinity Union Theological College. He is a certified coach, coaching supervisor, reflective pastoral supervisor, spiritual director, mediator, management consultant, and human rights advocate.
In his current role at Fielding Graduate University, Dr. Udo continues to innovate by enhancing curricula to meet evolving organizational needs while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and impactful industry partnerships.
