Okokon Udo, Ph.D., PCC, CMC

Dr. Okokon Udo is the director of the Masters in Organization Development & Leadership and the Evidence Based Coaching programs. He is a certified management consultant and executive coach. He consults, facilitates, teaches and trains internationally on coaching, supervision, change management, leadership development, organizational development and diversity, equity and inclusion. He is the director of the Masters in Organization Development & Leadership and the Evidence Based Coaching Program.

Dr. Udo has served as an Assistant Professor at Northwestern Health Sciences University, Capital University of Integrative Medicine and in the Master’s Program in Organizational Leadership at St. Mary’s University. He is a former senior faculty in the Executive Coaching Program of the University of St. Thomas. Dr. Udo works as a Leadership Consultant, Facilitator & Coach at LeaderWise and as an Executive Coach with Center for Creative Leadership. He is a regular conference presenter and owns and manages his consulting firm – Soul Engineering, LLC

Dr. Udo is committed to creating the right conditions for leaders to discover or rediscover their true selves and bring that to bear in their work, delivering value for themselves and their organizations. He brings a systems and integrative approach to his consulting. His

philosophy of coaching is that he sees people as naturally creative, resourceful and whole and partners with them to figuratively UnMask so they can connect to their sense of agency and thus become evocative leaders in all areas of their lives and work.

Dr Udo holds a PhD in Pastoral Care and Counseling, MA in Process-oriented Psychology (focused on conflict facilitation and organizational change) and a bachelor of divinity. He is certified by the Institute of Management Consultants as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), by the Co-Active Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). He is ICF PCC Marker Certified, a Mentor Coach, a Coach Supervisor and Reflective Pastoral Supervisor. He is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) Nigeria.

Dr. Udo is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory, DiSC, The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), EQ 360, StrengthsFinder and over a dozen other leadership, personality and behavioral assessments.

Dr. Udo is passionate about mentoring younger professionals and immigrants, is a sports enthusiast, an avid photographer, gardener, actor, hiker and world traveler.
