Fielding Graduate University Student Listening Sessions Facilitated by Jernigan & Associates, Inc.

Fielding Graduate University is excited to announce the opportunity to participate in virtual student listening sessions (i.e., focus groups) designed to solicit your feedback regarding your experiences as a graduate student at Fielding. The listening sessions (focus groups) aim to surface ideas, feedback, and possible concerns based on your time and experience at Fielding.

Fielding continues to integrate and implement efforts related to our Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) strategic plan. As such, we have partnered with external consultants Jernigan & Associates, Inc. to facilitate the listening sessions.

Sessions are designed to create a psychologically safe and confidential space for students to express themselves and share areas of strength and improvement related to student experiences at Fielding. As such, please note that to encourage candid sharing and anonymity, feedback and comments shared will not be attributed to any specific individual attending a listening session. Instead, the consultants will work to identify themes across all group sessions, which will be de-identified when reported.

OPPORTUNITIES AND SIGN-UP

The following listening session opportunities are available; however, different options may emerge as we determine how many people are interested in participating.

If you are interested in participating, please review the information below and make a note of the date and time of your selected listening session. You only need to attend one listening session. Confirmation and additional instructions are forthcoming.
