Please submit this form for each Fielding course for transfer credit review. You may choose to submit up to three non-Fielding courses on this form to be considered aggregately for transfer equivalency to ONE Fielding course. If you'd like to submit more than three non-Fielding courses to be reviewed for transfer to one Fielding-course, you may submit this online form multiple times for consideration.

We may request additional information, and incomplete or inaccurate submissions will be returned for clarification. Official transcripts documenting completed courses are required. Be sure it is apparent that the content and learning objectives of the courses submitted for review is equivalent to the course(s) for which you are requesting transfer credit.

We require you to provide additional supporting documentation, including the syllabi for the courses submitted. Email supporting documentation to registrar@fielding.edu.
