Our Faculty
Our faculty are senior scholar-practitioners who excel in academia as well as their professions and practices. Many have taught at other leading universities and have been published widely. At the same time, our faculty represent a unique diversity of disciplines, ethnicity, cultures, professions, and academic interests. That’s important because, at Fielding, you are in the driver’s seat.

We believe that you bring valuable wisdom and experience to your learning process, and our faculty utilize their theoretical knowledge and strong scholar-practitioner backgrounds to help you identify that unique intersection between your professional expertise and academic interests.
Our Staff
Fielding’s Student Services staff is comprised of a diverse group of people dedicated to providing services that complement the university’s academic mission while helping to further your individual growth and development. Our distributed learning model means that there are many staff members working to support your progress at Fielding that you may never meet in person.
We work diligently to provide Fielding students with personalized services from a distance, and our students indicate on satisfaction surveys that they find Fielding staff across all departments to be caring and helpful. We offer many self-service resources online that allow you to access the information you need when you need it.
Facilities Headquarters
Fielding’s administrative offices are located in two lot-adjacent office buildings in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. To enrich your educational experience, many of Fielding’s programs hold face-to-face events throughout the year in different regional locations. Our Academic Conferencing & Events Department contracts with hotels and other educational spaces such as retreat centers to provide suitable spaces for your learning and engagement with faculty.
