What are foundations and why are there foundational faculty?
Foundations
Organization Development (OD) is an interdisciplinary field that incorporates elements found in a number of fields of scholarship and practice such as leadership, communications, data science, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). These disciplines are some of the foundations of OD which will be covered throughout each of the 6 modules. Unlike many programs, our MA-ODL program also gives you access to scholar-practitioner faculty that are multi-specialists in these foundational areas. These foundational faculty are engaged in every module and help you to obtain both a broad and deep understanding of the field and practice of OD.
