Biography
I specialize in cultivating bravery and strategic action in individuals to foster inclusive and equitable leadership, driving positive shifts in organizational culture, practices, and systems. Through coaching, I help leaders develop or strengthen their emotional intelligence and lead inclusively to surpass their goals. I also partner with BIPOC and womxn leaders in successfully navigating the complexities of identity in the workplace while achieving personal and professional goals. As well, I find joy in working with leaders who are parents balancing career ambition with active engagement in their children’s lives.
As a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) and talent development leader, I prioritize aligning initiatives with organizational priorities, fostering mutually beneficial relationships, and growing capacity within teams. Whether reviving failing programs or taking successful ones to new heights, my expertise lies in designing and implementing inclusive talent development initiatives that yield high performance.
My interdisciplinary approach incorporates systems thinking, design thinking, emotional intelligence, positive intelligence, social constructivism, and intersectionality. Throughout my career journey - be it paid or volunteer positions - I have consistently centered inclusion and equity. When faced with challenges, I tackle them with passion, drive, curiosity, openness, and creativity.
