Dr. Bolanos’ background includes over 20 years experience in personal and leadership development, support of academics, executives and entrepreneurs. Her passion is helping others to realize their full potential as integrated human beings, able to blend their personal and career lives seamlessly while prioritizing those areas that are most important to their values. With a fierce determination to see people as their highest selves, Carmen’s clients learn that she will work with them, consistently encouraging as they work towards their personal visions. Carmen resides in Austin and is a proud mother to three adult daughters.
