Dino Ferrare MS, MA, SHRM-SCP
Biography
With a track record of driving innovation and operational excellence, Dino Ferrare provides strategic leadership and direction as the Vice President of Informational Technology and Human Resources at Fielding Graduate University. Leveraging his expertise in technology infrastructure, digital transformation, and talent management, Dino spearheads initiatives to optimize a distributed learning environment, enhance cybersecurity measures, and foster a supportive and inclusive academic community.
Over the course of his career, Dino has made significant contributions in various leadership positions within educational institutions and NGOs. Prior to joining Fielding Graduate University, he served as the Director of Human Resources at The People Concern, where he helped foster a compassionate work environment for employees who delivered integrated and comprehensive care solutions to the most vulnerable among us to improve their quality of life and become housed, healthy and safe.
Dino holds a Master of Science degree from the Binghamton University School of Management. Additionally, he holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification.
Dino's areas of specialization encompass a broad range of critical areas in education, including leadership development, management coaching, team building, HRIS implementation, employee relations, performance management, risk management, legal and regulatory compliance, and ensuring organizational adherence to best practices.
