Biography

Konjit V. Page, Ph.D., is a core faculty member in the Clinical Psychology PhD program at Fielding Graduate University. Dr. Page is the past chair of the American Psychological Association’s Committee on Sexual Orientation and Gender Diversity and the past chair of the National Council of Schools and Programs in Psychology’s Sexual Orientation and Gender Diversity committee. An expert in culture and inclusion, her research and clinical work focus on BIPOC and LGBTQ mental health, racial and sexual identity development, and culturally responsive psychotherapy. She has extensive experience working with LGBTQ and BIPOC populations and addressing interpersonal dynamics in professional spaces. As a consultant, Dr. Page provides research and strategic direction for inclusion in the tech and entertainment industries. Dr. Page’s current scholarship explores the intersections of race, identity, and mental health within psychology training and practice, microaggressions in the workplace, LGBTQ representation in entertainment, and the LGBTQ climate in higher education.
