Linda Honold, Ph.D.
Biography
With a background in nonprofit leadership, politics, and corporate management, Linda Honold has over 25 years experience developing systems, networks, and organizations for higher impact. She has varied expertise in assessing situations from a macro/systemic viewpoint and working with people of diverse opinions and perspectives to envision, plan for and move into an ideal future.
Linda has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, where she serves on the Board of Trustees. She is the author of two books Developing Employees Who Love to Learn: Tools, Strategies, and Programs for Promoting Learning at Work and Organizational DNA: Diagnosing Your Organization for Increased Effectiveness and numerous articles. Her most recent publications are “Weaving an Impactful Network” co-authored with Anne Summers, Executive Director of the Brico Fund and “Grassroots in New Soil: A Case Study of Year Round Civic Engagement in Milwaukee Wisconsin”.
Linda is an advisor to the Brico Fund’s Democracy program, focusing on development of capacities, strategies, and leverage opportunities to strengthen the civic engagement arena in Wisconsin.
